Meadowbrook Inn Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required when booking a room at the Meadowbrook.

Canceling a room 2 weeks prior to check will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
A credit for a future stay will be given if we are able to re-book your room.
This credit expires after 12 months.

There is a cancellation fee of 10% of your deposit when canceling a room prior to two weeks of check-in.

Our cancellation policy also applies to guests departing their rooms earlier than originally scheduled.
